With iPresto get instant reply from the videography assistants. Once a phlebotomist reaches the desired destination, he can alert the Insurance Vendor by pressing a button on the screen. An auto alert will be generated and update the support staff at the insurance vendor. This alert will help them understand the arrival. A location tag is also sent when the button is pressed.. Once the support staff at the insurance vendor has acknowledged the alert the app is instantly notified. This process not only helps reducing the number of phone calls and issues related to the changing numbers and number busy issues but also provides a seamless interaction between the phlebo and the support staff.
