PLAYFUL REWARDS: Earn Rewards

This app purposely paused my rewards progress after initial withdrawal they will also tell you they cannot do anything about it to conclude . They are a scam app having you download games and buying from the app to meet milestone deadline yet pause your milestone until the time run out even though you show PROOF that you met the milestone deadline. If they know you are meeting deadline and withdrawing they will pause your progress so you don’t get high payout even though you satisfy deadline and milestones especially during flash rewards. I HOPE APPLE CANCELS THIS APP.

I never leave a bad review on things but I had to speak out about this app! I had the worst experience over the last few days! My initial impression of this app was positive. I played my game and cashed out on my offer. Things were going good until when I went to go cash out on my 2nd offer. I completed the offer and it didn’t register it immediately so the next day I checked it and the offer had vanished. Customer support said they discontinued the level offer on that game. Kind of funny you decided to do that the day after I completed that milestone. It shouldn’t matter because I completed it. I spent more than enough money on trying to reach the milestone just for them to pull what’s rightfully mine right out from under me!! I’m extremely upset about this! And will spread the word about this. I’m reporting them to the BBB!

I had a very disappointing experience with Playful Rewards regarding a Travel Town offer. The Level 40 milestone was worth $137.50 and I completed it while the reward was still active and visible in my account. When the reward didn’t track automatically, support requested proof, so I provided multiple screenshots and a full screen recording clearly showing the active reward, my game account and my Level 41 progress in Travel Town. Support escalated my case to their “Level 2 team,” but after several days of waiting, I was told the reward had been “discontinued” by the provider and would not be honored. What’s frustrating is that support acknowledged the reward was visible in my account while I was completing it, but still refused to manually credit the reward even after I submitted proof before expiration. I spent significant time and money reaching this milestone specifically because it was advertised in the app. If rewards can disappear after users complete the requirements, even with proof provided, that’s extremely misleading and unfair. Be cautious before spending money on offers in this app. Based on my experience, there’s no guarantee completed rewards will actually be paid out.
