When you download the app and sign-up, fill out the intake form completely. Doctors and industry simply type N/A for not applicable sections. Pick a discreet username. Your full name will not be publicly displayed. We ask for your phone number since this is a healthcare platform and we need it in case you ask for additional support or need urgent help. We will not share your personal information without your explicit consent.

This platform is supported by The Way To My Heart, which is a 501(c)(3) non profit that provides comprehensive education, high-touch advocacy, and real-time support to P.A.D. Warriors around the world. Our wellness team has extensive experience traveling the world, watching hundreds of doctors perform thousands of hours of P.A.D. treatment procedures.
