I got scammed and given the wrong clothes. The customer service was awful and offered me a 20$ coupon for my next order. This was no where near enough compensation for the couple hundred dollars I spent. I tried to appeal there decision but it blocked me from opening another support chat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Is it cool that they make buying wholesale international easy? Yes it is. However their customer service is god awful. They take hours if not days to respond, and even if they do they aren’t even helpful either. For example, I was trying to change the email on my account, and they told me to message it to them, but their filters literally do not allow email addresses to be sent via messages They also have untrue and misleading advertisements all the time. They claimed that shipping routes are fine and will be on time but my 2 orders are delayed. They advertise a referral bonus with no mention of a minimum purchase, and they claim it will show up in your account within a day. But when I referred someone, It took 5 days and multiple messages with customer service for it to show up, and they said it has to be over $200 which is mentioned absolutely nowhere. If you’re going to buy off here, do it with caution because if you have a problem you are not going to be receiving any help.
