This app mostly contains GI and Gl values from the charts that are all over the internet. It asks you to provide the GL/ GI data for anything not In its very limited database. I have no way of knowing what those are

This a great way to learn the GI and the GL of foods. It helps me maintain my weight.

App is limited to very basic entries. Most foods you will have to manually enter all macros and hope it is relatively close to a correct outcome. In my honest opinion do not waste your money on this app.
