The app itself is good but I always seem to be having trouble loading my loan account . At first I thought it was me and my service reception but it just doesn’t want to load or sometimes it will say something along the lines of “no current loan or account”. When I in fact do have one. It is starting to get concerning if I want to view my balance and can’t
