I thought the app was bad before but at least the scanner worked. It feels predatory. Load money onto your account or sit in front of the washer for minutes on end trying and failing to scan a qr code.

So why did you change it? It was fine before. Did you have an intern make the app? The functionality of it is terrible. To get the ten percent coupon on, you have to a few options. Put your debit or credit card on the app. No thank you I’m good there. For you it’s easier, but we the people have no idea how secure your servers are. It would be foolish to put your card info on this app. Then then say ok scan the barcode. So I am looking for 3 minutes. There’s a tiny tiny pixelated one in the top right corner of the washing machine I wanted to start. Didn’t work. I’m shaking also because I feel embarrassed and anxious. If I hadn’t put soap in the machine I would’ve taken my clothes out and went down the street. Then after just fiddling with the app I see a barcode qr (also on the app it just says barcode- a QR code isn’t necessarily a barcode) pop up on the screen. But then it changes again to a different picture. So I have to sit there and wait for the dang QR code to pop back up. The app was fine before. When will companies learn to stop changing the dang apps. They are fine!!!!! You used to be able to type in “machine 24” then it would give you the discount. Seamless. I’m sure I’ll figure out how to work it seamlessly now- but how long until you change it again? Or until the machines require card on file? I’m over it dog. Please make it more simple.

The app support selection here just takes you to the website, nowhere does this app support link have anything about support, there’s definitely some lack of care if this thing is working or not. Like other reviews state. Trying to sign up results in waiting for a verification code email that never arrives.
