• Select REPORT event.
• Hazard Resolution work flow:
• Click on HAZARD symbol.
• Use filters to select EVENT
• CRITICAL HAZARDS are ranked first.
• Select event to be resolved.
• Upload Appropriate SWMS if required.
• Take appropriate action and add images until EVENT is resolved.
