It would be helpful if there’s an audio description of how to do the exercises in the library vs only written & a silent video. The habit tracker for water could be improved by counting how many glasses of water to add up to goal bs having to type in a new number & add all the time. Like a set of icons you can check off. Will update once I’ve finished a workout.
