Most of my clients want a PDF version of their returns. So I decided to try SecureFilePro. Once I share their taxes on the app, and the PDF is uploaded, clients can see the return but can't download or share the file with whoever they have to share. They try and try and try, and because they keep bothering me on how to use the app, I give up and share their PDF in other ways. Something that was supposed to save me time, is consuming it.
