Didn’t think I’d stick with it, but LiftTalk has been surprisingly useful. It’s straightforward to use, and you can jump into a session without overcomplicating things. The coaches I’ve talked to are easy to talk to and don’t make it feel awkward. I like that it’s not trying too hard—it just gives you a space to talk and figure things out. I’ve used it a few times when I felt stuck, and it helped more than I expected.
