This app is so poorly designed and clearly didn’t do any QA or testing to ensure it functions as intended. I have a product background and I have never encountered something so frustrating as I have with this app and the watch that it’s for. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. There’s no way all of the companies making this type of product are all trash. If they are, maybe I just found my next venture✨

While I was able to get the two devices I recently purchased set up and working (despite the set-up information online not being accurate to the set-up experience upon unboxing), I've been unable to set up contacts for my kids. Nothing seems to work in this regard, and for that reason, the app becomes almost pointless 😔. Most likely going to return and look elsewhere.
