Need to start by saying I absolutely love the bike and all that it is capable of (Tempo) but once synced with the app, I’ve experienced the following: - battery and odometer metrics went out of sync with bike after second use (needed to re-pair to resolve) - adjusting any settings for the bike from the app often lag out, fail, claim success but not reflects on bike display - still unclear on how to set ‘pulse mode’ target zone despite re-reading instructions on how to set - unintuitive pairing of smart devices Let the record show that I’m dumb and impatient when it comes to using digital stuff, but if I’m having massive headaches trying to use this app (while rarely dealing with this level of struggle elsewhere), then I imagine plenty of other people are too.

Why can’t I login simultaneously from multiple devices? For example, I should be able to be logged in from my kids phone and from my phone the same time there’s no reason to prevent that.
