The app will not work since the update — times me out and showed 18 attempts to book a class. Tried to charge me hundreds of dollars. Sessions has done nothing to help me. Frustrated. I can’t book or pay for two weeks!

Preface this with I love Session Pilates and this rating is not a reflection of the studio itself, only the app. I love the idea of the app. It gets 2 stars for me because it works only 10% of the time I need it to. Everytime I try to buy a class, I get a spinning wheel of death and the app either times out or launches an empty cart. It’s super slow, jumpy and freezes. Or if it does launch the cart and there are multiples in there because it wasn’t reflecting accurate qty, it’s almost impossible to remove them because it’s so slow and doesn’t give the user any indication of a response. This is challenging when there is a class I am trying to get into and can’t purchase a pass to do it. Would love to see improvements on response time and processing. Very impressed with the new app! I love the layout and I like how you can see the price breakdowns for each of the passes. Session Pilates has been my favorite addition to my routine this year 💞
