Dr. Refused to order the only meds I can take for Covid. He said I have to be seen in person. This is not true because I called a dr and they ordered it. They don’t want Covid patients in their waiting room. I have numerous autoimmune diseases and take immunosuppressants. The standard drug Paxlovid has never worked for me because of the immune suppression. I only take Molnupiravir. Please change this in your protocol. The previous call I had a sinus infection and they refused to order an antibiotic, said it was viral. Which you can’t make that decision over the phone. I had textbook symptoms of a sinus infection. I still had to wait to get into my dr to get the antibiotic. Neither visit has been helpful!!
