User Reviews

I am extremely disappointed with this app and the overall experience. It came highly recommended by other divers, which is why I chose it, but unfortunately it has not lived up to those expectations. From the beginning, I’ve been unable to get my Apple Watch Ultra to sync properly with the app. As a result, none of my dives are being logged, which defeats one of the primary reasons I downloaded and purchased this setup. I’ve spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting the issue on my own, trying every solution I could find, yet nothing has resolved the problem. What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I reached out to support via email, clearly explained the issue, and never received a response—not even an acknowledgment that my request had been received. When users experience technical issues, especially with an app that’s relied upon for dive logging, timely communication should be a priority. Even a brief email letting customers know the issue is being investigated would go a long way. I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that technical problems can happen. However, when those problems are combined with little or no customer support, it becomes difficult to recommend the product. Reliability and customer service are just as important as the features themselves. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this app with the Apple Watch Ultra. I sincerely hope the developers improve both the app’s stability and their customer support, because right now the experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Update: I finally received a reply from support and the solution worked temporarily. I logged 8 dives this past weekend and my app plus watch only logged 3 dives. Lucky I had my backup computer on as well! All I’m asking is for the app to work exactly as you stated!!!!!! I do not like being dry!

I’ve been using the app now for a few weeks and I’m very disappointed with how much it eats the battery on the Apple Watch Ultra. I can literally get one full dive on the app and then during the second dive it drains my battery to zero and then it will lock out because it has a warning that the dive was completed after the battery was run out. If you reset the desat, the entire logbook is wiped out. I’m pretty disappointed as I have already paid for the app for a year so I am stuck with it, but I am going to be going back to oceanic and their app which performs much better. Being an SSI instructor, I was looking for something I could put my students on that have Apple watches, but I do not feel this app is ready for primetime yet. A 48 hour no fly seems a bit excessive considering the maximum no fly is 24 hours.
