This used to be one of my all time favorite language learning apps. It was fantastic. But for several weeks, basic features have been failing. I joined their discord server to ask for assistance and got the run-around and told to use the “new” version they are working on. It also didn’t work for me and they just said “well, it works for us” and then showed a screenshot that proved they didn’t listen to the issue. Now one of its core features (finding words in YouTube video subtitles) is returning no results for every search. Jon Long, the developer, is incredibly rude. And his policy of “no screenshots no fixes” (literal quote from him) is absurd.
