This app could and should be better. I should be able to see on my app whether or not the lock is locked or unlocked but instead you have to tap another button and then it will tell you if it’s locked or unlocked. Why not have the picture of the lock be either locked or in the unlocked position?? That’s my main beef with this app. Setting it up wasn’t an issue but I shouldn’t have to top another tab to see if my door is locked. Get it fixed and more people will be happier. Shouldn’t be an issue for this minor fix.

This lock installed quickly and with few issues. Hardware Instructions could be a little clearer. Features work well. My fingerprint seems to be problematic but my partner’s does not so it’s probably my finger! Somewhat difficult to light the display to see keyboard to enter pin. Phone app could use more contrast as yellow on white is difficult to see. Symbols above the functions could use a darker color. On the whole, very pleased with the lock!
