Welcome to FORM {yoga}! We are Atlanta and Decatur’s home for inspired and accessible, body-positive yoga instruction.

We believe that every body is a yoga body. We believe in the power of play. The believe in the strength of community and the spaciousness that comes with taking a deep breath. We believe you don't have to touch your toes to do yoga. We believe that laughter is good for the soul {and great for your core!}. We believe that a good Savasana can turn your every day into an extraordinary day. We believe sweat is sacred, and so is stillness. We believe in you.

Your safety is very important to us. Our studio features Atlanta & Decatur's only fresh air flow system that constantly pulls in fresh air, before, during, and after each class. We offer a schedule with fully masked classes, and mask-optional classes are available for our vaccinated students.
