Overall, this app is a lifesaver. Being able to manually feed while still having a schedule is really beneficial to help in situations where my #1 complaint comes into play. The app notifies you when you run out of food which is GREAT, but, it only notifies you when it’s feeding time and it can’t dispense any food. It would be really convenient if I got notified BEFORE it runs out, just in case I haven’t checked recently. But, being able to manually feed whenever it DOES get food into it is really nice. My only other complaint is the portion sizes. I have a big guy, and I feed him 4 times a day at 3-4 portions each just to get in his daily amount for his weight. (This was weighed out and calculated, not just winging it/eyeballing it.) It would def be nice to have some bigger portion sizes! Overall, it’s a huge peace of mind being able to control all of his feeding, since I don’t have a whole lot of help with him while I’m away.

iOS app. Cannot login. Then I deleted the app and tried to connect to my WiFi, followed instructions and couldn’t add the feeder. Couldn’t find the suggested hotspot to connect to via my phone. I have iOS 26.2, but connecting the feeder to WiFi has always been an issue. Never a developer reply either. No clue how to add the feeder.
