Learn Buddhism

Hello! I’m very new to Buddhism and want to learn more about it. I’m a bit confused with the files and don’t really understand how to open them. Any help would be helpful!!!

Most apps that promise Buddhist teaching are largely AI generated and require purchases, this app is completely free, and it is a library full of many authentic translated teachings written by real monks and temples. The teachings and meditations (written and some in video format) are available through links and different download methods such as pdf, which makes printing these teaching an option if your someone who like to annotate or read physical pages. I am very impressed by the teachings available on this app, they have truly helped me and my peace of mind. I feel as if I have hit the spiritual jackpot when finding this app, I can now replace scrolling on social media or AI reliant apps with authentic teachings that are truly good for my mind.
