This app from GasanMamo Insurance is designed to assist clients when they are involved in an accident with their car. The app provides step-by-step instructions as to what needs to be done, who to contact and what information needs to be collected. Contact with the police, traffic wardens’ accident reporting service and the roadside assistance service can be easily made by clicking an icon within the app. Users can record a statement on the incident and are guided as to what pictures to take that can be used in the processing of the claim.
Once all the steps are followed a claim is automatically registered with GasanMamo Insurance.
