——— HOW DOES IT WORK? ———

The app connects via TCP/IP to your UR robot controller (with the NAST Automation URCap installed incl. test key). All control commands that the URCap would send to a real PATLITE signal tower are received by SignalSim and displayed as a visual simulation in real time.

——— WHAT IS SIMULATED? ———

→ 5 LED segments with configurable signal colors (Red · Yellow · Yellow-Green · Green · Blue · White · Magenta) → Flash function per segment → Buzzer indicator → Status feedback to the robot controller → Clear command (reset all LEDs)

→ Universal Robots cobot with PolyScope 5 or PolyScope X (UR Series: UR8L · UR15 · UR18 · UR20 · UR30 | e-Series: UR3e · UR7e · UR12e · UR16e) → NAST Automation URCap incl. test key (available free of charge at nast-automation.de) → Wi-Fi connection on the same network as the robot → iOS 15 or later
