It guides you through mobility, strength, and everyday movement with routines you can fit into daily life, aiming for 360 minutes of training within three months and a participation certificate that may be reimbursed by German health insurers.

It also offers personalized sessions for strength & mobility, everyday movement patterns, neuro-focused body awareness, and a 2-minute habit routine to break long sitting periods. Designed for all levels, AIMO helps you build healthier movement habits with science-based feedback and practical, achievable steps.
