I wanted to download the policy which I just bought online on my laptop while I went to download the policy document. It wants me to download the app mandated. It won’t give me the docs without the app being installed. It’s so frustrating. Uninstalled the app. And down rated the app.

Extremely hard to file a claim from a mobile app . There has to be option to file claim from website also.Also are spamming the users to download app in the garb of checking challans
