2023-01-10	Ta*****	I really like the app. Wether or not the exercises work(I haven’t used it enough to know) it has a nice calming effect either way. One thing- for some of the exercises where the head turns or looks up, would be nice to have a little ding notification to signal to look back at the video to switch poses. :-) Thank you!
