Blua is Bupa’s free digital health app, available to everyone in Australia—not just Bupa members. It combines an AI health assistant, habit tracking, preventative health recommendations, online doctor appointments and wellness tools in one convenient toolkit.

Choose from 80+ healthy habits, track progress with Apple Health, join monthly challenges, set reminders for health checks and access wellbeing features such as a wellbeing score and calorie converter. Users can also discover health resources, book appointments, and unlock discounts and rewards from lifestyle and wellness partners. Blua AI provides guidance and access to relevant resources, but it does not diagnose symptoms or recommend treatment.
