All they want is money money money!

Bought this and it wasn’t compatible. Cancelled immediately and still charged and won’t give me a refund. I emailed the developer directly so we will see if they acknowledge me. Also apple support was very rude when I wanted to escalate things. one customer service agent told me I’m wasting my time and the other one tried mansplaining how they’re billing works instead of addressing the issue which was the refund request. HEY APPLE!!! the developer emailed me back and said refund was all on you even though you said they declined the refund. That’s really freaking messy. So who’s lying to me?
