So, I downloaded and tested it out and I don’t see my (or anyone’s) very personal information visible. (So no home address, etc). Profession and location (city for example) are, but everything else - address, phone, all that is hidden. That said, the app is very clunky. When I did a search by profession, I got many people but couldn’t select names from the list. ( I was told by a friend the search function is better on a desktop. ) But when searching by specific name, that worked better and you can send a direct message to the person via this system. It for sure is a work in progress, seems they’re working on it. Keep your expectations low and be kind, and I think you’ll be fine with this app. App design is hard and takes time and money, and it seems they’re trying to find ways to connect people so I applaud the attempt!
