McLeod Driver Sidekick is a driver-first back-office app that speeds billing, boosts driver satisfaction, and simplifies implementation with a clean home dashboard and role-based permissions. It helps drivers view current assignments, filter and locate loads quickly, and access essential tools across all modules.

Key features include a Home Screen with the Current Assignment, a Messages center with read/unread filtering, a Loads module with color-coded statuses and tabbed details (Stops, Map, Freight, Images), OS&D claim capabilities, and easy document capture. The Pay section shows settlements and configurable options, while Settings provides profile management, credential reminders, push notifications, and direct access to McLeod Support.
