I have the cam, so I doenliaded the app. I go in to sign up, and you get down to where they want a password. I let them load their own strong password, and guess what? It says it won’t work because it needs from 8 to 16 characters and numbers. Well, good grief Gertrude. Your app Is the one that put it in there. If you can’t even follow your own instructions, should you be allowed to play with adult toys. I’m outta here. FYI, I went back in again and attempted to contact support. Everything you attempt is blocked. I consider this to be a bIg SCAM. STAY AWAY!!!!
