★☆☆☆☆ I was charged three separate times for a subscription that was advertised as a single payment. After discovering the unauthorized multiple charges, I contacted customer support twice and provided all the necessary transaction records. Despite this, I have received no meaningful response regarding the remaining refunds. Only one charge was refunded, while the other payments are still missing. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication and accountability from the support team. Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks just to recover money that was incorrectly charged. A billing system that charges customers multiple times and a customer service team that ignores refund requests is simply unacceptable. Until this issue is fully resolved and customer support improves significantly, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. Very disappointing experience.
