Recent reviews

The price is immaculate for 1 tb, but when you switch your Apple account or even log out, it bugs out and gives me 1 gb, and if I restore the subscription, it still doesn’t give me the 1 tb. Thus, I cancel my subscription because I no longer have it.

I signed up last time via app advice for 1000gb for lifetime somehow I now only have 1 gb and just a 30 page paper from my college lit class uploaded is impossible it took 999 gb I hope you guys get this figured out as nobody responds via support 😢

The last update I did of these app I lost all my storage not sure why (but) that was over summer and it still hasn’t reappeared. I worry if I upgrade the 1 gig I have will disappear and I will actually have to start giving my own phone storage to the app (yes being silly) but something happened and haven’t updated ever again. The first time it was on AppAdvice it offered a free lifetime subscription with a good amount of storage (maybe some were storing every episode of friends or something) so I can understand developer wanting to cut back on the amount of free storage any 1 person might use but hopefully whatever elf took all my storage might bring it back 😊
