Coach Welly uses a world-class recommendation engine to provide you with optimum workouts or activities to do each day based on your goals, experience, preferences, training history and daily readiness.

Every activity you do earns you points, and when you earn 700 points for subsequent weeks, you create a streak. After each 4 consecutive weeks you climb a level, rewarding you for consistency each week in the way that suits you.

When you are consistent, you earn real rewards! Achieving each level unlocks access to amazing rewards both from your gym and from dozens of your favourite fitness and lifestyle brands.
