Posmo Project

Posmo Project is an app that tracks movements of a group of people. To be able to join a Posmo Project, you need a project code. Posmo Project automatically records any walking, cycling, transit and car driving you do. The app is always on: no need to start and stop it. Just keep your phone in your pocket or your bag. Posmo Project requires that you set the location permission to "Always". Otherwise the app cannot track your journeys throughout the day. Be aware that the app consumes battery power.

At https://posmo.datamap.io, you can see your daily journeys too and you can edit and validate your day. For every validated day, you will get Ostrom. You can download your data from posmo.datamap.io for further analysis. A collaboration between Genossenschaft Posmo and Datamap

The data of any Posmo Project is stored with the data cooperative Posmo. It is under the oversight of the Ethics Board of the data cooperative Posmo. To set up a fresh Posmo Project for a group of people, get in touch with Datamap at project@datamap.io.
