I’m not on parole, I just want to know what time it is, not a background check. An alarm clock should wake me up, not watch me sleep too. If my daily routine is part of the product, you might as well ask me to write an autobiography for you to publish too.

2026-01-03	Ma*****	Love the device when it's working. When it acts up, the sound will turn off and back on—no clue how to fix it. I went for a year without using it. I plugged it back in recently; it worked great for about a week, but now the sound is stopping again. Please update the software again.

2025-08-30	Sk*****	There are so many things that I like about this app, but the one issue I have overshadows all of them. Some sounds that are working perfectly will just suddenly begin to pause for a few moments. I have had almost 10 sounds do this now and they are unusable at this point. It will just suddenly stop making any sound before picking back up. It wakes me up every time. This isn’t a plug or connection issue, it is just the sounds themselves. It’s been going on for months with no fix. Very disappointing

2025-04-17	An*****	I use my Cocoon Pro to go to sleep every night—The two main issues I’m having is that my favorite sound: Deep White Noise would suddenly pause at random intervals and I would instantly wake up from the silence. The other sounds seem to work well though. Another thing is that I wish I could change to bluetooth mode from the app. Other than that I am happy

2025-04-04	Me*****	Had my cacoon pro since new years, it is now April and cuts out and turns back on multiple times and wakes me up. I absolutely despise this machine - just stick with a fan.

All want is noise while I sleep but there’s no way to get it out of “Bluetooth speaker mode” I do not want or need this mode all I want is the sound machine mode where I can customize my sounds and that’s it. When it’s in Bluetooth speaker mode it won’t even play like a Bluetooth speaker either so there’s literally no point!!! Super frustrating
