The brush that comes down from the top to clean the top part of the car is stuck at the top, when I have the top tier package. Brushes to the side knocks my side mirror back, then forward. I feel like they’re going to knock my side mirrors off. They have a policy starting after your car reaches a certain age, the company is no longer responsible, but when it comes to their machines being neglected, it’s a concern. I left QQ before because of the amount of force, and I think I may have to do it again. It will end of being a headache with their pushback, if something happens to my side mirrors
