Recent reviews

Very disappointing experience with Best Bit. My first order arrived with damaged and unusable products. I contacted customer support multiple times, but no one ever responded. Because of that, I refused my second order, and instead of resolving the issue, they put my account into a negative balance. Terrible customer service. I have photos of the damaged products and proof of my attempts to contact them. I would not recommend this company.
