Recent reviews

Initially I loved this game. It does actually bring me joy to create beautiful designs but I quickly found out that in voting the best designs don’t always win. I’m not sure how the voting algorithm works but it seems to start the voting by rewarding the ones that put as many items in the design as possible even if they don’t coordinate well and look like a hot mess express and by the same token they pair the ones that did the absolute minimum and you can tell they just submitted a design to earn their “money” which therefore allows one or often both bc people don’t know which awful design to choose. More is not always best but neither is the batter minimum. I’m appalled at the designs I see with high scores that are terrible and the ones that are really exceptional that have low scores. It definitely takes the joy out of it. Maybe that’s why they changed the name from ahoy Garden to Flourish.
