I first met you in Salt Lake, just when I was least expecting it, a mile away from my mom’s place. Family can be over stimulating. You calmed my nerves and cleared my mind. Then to my surprise I ran into you in New York of all places where I really needed you. A sanctuary from all the chaos. A 45 minute reset. Now you’ve gotten under my skin, deep into my adrenals, my tissue, my organs. I’m hooked, and I’ll follow you wherever you go. Because baby we are just better when we’re together.
