User reviews consistently complain about the app's reliability and design. Repeated login failures, bugs, and crashes after updates dominate feedback, with many users unable to stay logged in or requiring resets. Biometric login (Face ID) appears missing or broken since the update. The new UI is repeatedly described as confusing, clunky, and harder to use than the old version. Additional concerns include incomplete transaction visibility—pending items and scheduled transfers are hard to see and withdrawals/deposits are not clearly differentiated. Travel usability abroad is noted but less frequent.

The worst financial app I’ve used. I’ve been locked out twice today and since the last update faceID is not working. Please change the app entirely- your members would greatly appreciate it! (TTCU has a great app, check with them.)
