I spent the last year following b.s. “gurus” and talking heads on YouTube - all of them with their special formulas to determine the elusive after-repair value. I’ve gone through spreadsheets designed by them, entire softwares specializing in it and on and on. None of them give me that magic number as accurately and quickly as BackFlip does. It’s so incredibly simple and it pulls leads right from my email inbox. Thank you, BackFlip. I’m hoping I can work with you on a loan soon!

Downloaded the app and was amazed with the claims of being a one stop shop for R.E investors. But once you get past the facade you realize it’s nothing more than a driving for dollars app. I sent in my loan application months ago, haven’t heard a word from the “backflip team”. Don’t waste your time here if you are looking for funding. Also I can not trust a company that doesn’t have a customer service number to call. Really you can’t even contact them at all.
