App both my money withdrawals from my trade

I am very disappointed with this app. First, the trading strategy is very slow. Second, the app changed my region to India without my permission. I contacted customer support, but they have not replied to me. I am a poor person trying to earn money. I worked hard to save money and deposited it into this app because I saw their advertisements and believed it was trustworthy. This situation is very unfair and has caused me a lot of frustration. Please fix these issues as soon as possible. This is not good for your users.
