User reviews acknowledge a strong concept and call it a solid casual time-waster, but repeated issues ruin the experience. The dominant problem is Level 11, with bugs that prevent finishing the level and missing progress indicators. Ad frequency is another major gripe, with ads appearing after every patient or even more often. Additional UI glitches (missing timer, non-functional spray) and platform-specific problems compound frustration. While the idea is appealing and some enjoy it as a brain-off pastime, ongoing Level 11 bugs and heavy advertising drive most players away.
