Can only set one alarm and you need to keep the app running won’t actually use any play list . I was expecting to have it play a random song from my iTunes library. Can I have my money back?

Doesn’t connect to my Spotify Premium. States that I don’t have it when I do have it. Their support email bounces. Their web site is not found. Disappointed because it need this.
