Love the app but recently it does not let me use my rewards when ordering.

The app is difficult because it just consistently errors out and you have to input your info every single time. Walked into the Kailua one since the app wasn’t working and stood at the bakery counter for almost minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence 😆 Couldn’t even get eye contact. No wonder they upped their prices so much… people just elsewhere nowadays. 🤷🏻‍♂️
