They are very slow to withdraw your money to a different wallet, I’ve been waiting for over 3 days now and my money is still pending in the NCWallet, worst part is you can’t contact support without transaction ID and you can’t have the transaction ID without the money going through yet

I have been waiting for over a month for my identity verification (KYC) to be processed. My account status has been stuck on "Under review" with absolutely no response from customer support. The app is completely holding my funds ($202.79 USD) hostage, blocking me from withdrawing or transferring my money. This is completely unacceptable. Avoid this app.
