Hello, I’m experiencing a serious issue with the AI Assistant. It automatically sent a message to one of my customers without my approval. I never tapped any button or authorized that response. On top of that, these unauthorized messages are consuming my AI credits. I should not lose credits for messages I didn’t approve. Please investigate this issue, refund the credits used, and tell me how to disable automatic replies or require my approval before any AI message is sent. This is affecting my business. Thank you.
