This app is a concise reference of bible scriptures about sleep and rest.

Sleep is very important in helping our minds and bodies to rest and recover from the stresses and strains that they encounter during the day. The Lord grants sweet sleep to his beloved (Psalms 127:1-2). Those who put their trust in the Lord can rest easy knowing that the Lord never sleeps (Psalms 121:3-4) and that he is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20-21). Too much sleep, however, can lead to slothfulness, and even poverty. There is a time and a place for everything and the bible warns against sleeping in harvest. The Lord also uses sleep to send messages to certain individuals in the form of dreams.
