Features & Capabilities

Pro now changes a tag's Wi-Fi password without re-programming the sticker. Plus tag analytics, expiring tags, remote revoke, and hardware lock.

Share your Wi-Fi with a tap.

Program any NFC sticker with your network credentials, stick it wherever guests will see it, and they're online with a single tap of their iPhone — no apps to install, no QR codes, no typing a 24-character password. Perfect for short-term rentals, cafés, offices, and anyone who's tired of dictating their Wi-Fi password.

How it works

  1. Buy NFC stickers (NTAG215 is a great choice and runs ~$10 for a pack of 25).
  2. Open the app, type your network name and password, and hold your iPhone near a sticker. That's it.
  3. Stick it on the fridge, by the door, or in a guest book.
  4. When someone taps it, an Apple App Clip launches and joins them automatically. They never need to install this app.

Built for iPhone

  • App Clip handoff: guests with iPhones don't install anything. Just tap and connect.
  • Modern iOS design: native iOS 16+ controls, full dark mode, dynamic type.

Privacy by default Wi-Fi passwords are encrypted at rest with AWS KMS and only sent over TLS. We don't log them, share them, or sell them. We never collect IP addresses, location, or country. Read the full privacy policy at piduncan.com/privacy.

Pro features (optional one-time purchase) A single in-app purchase unlocks tools for hosts and power users:

  • Tag library + scan analytics - see every tag you've programmed with a 30-day activity chart per tag.
  • Update credentials - change a tag's Wi-Fi password without re-programming the physical sticker. Every future tap hands out the new credentials instantly.
  • Expiring tags - set a date when a tag stops working, perfect for short-term guests.
  • Remote revoke - kill a tag instantly if it's lost or you don't want it active anymore.
  • Hardware tag-lock - permanently write-protect a tag in hardware so it can't be reprogrammed.

The basic programming flow stays free, forever.

User Reviews

I have been looking for a way to connect to Wi-Fi by tapping an NFC tag on my iPhone. I even went through the system's URL schemes, and out of desperation, the most suitable method at the time was using Shortcuts. But it was still somewhat cumbersome, and NFC tag 213 has limited capacity. Until I came across this app, which is small, excellent, and perfectly solved my problem. Its lightweight app approach means others don’t need to download anything, and it’s free to use. I must give a five-star review to thank the author. You have made it possible to conveniently connect to Wi-Fi by tapping an NFC tag on iOS, which was something impossible on the originally closed iOS system.
